Refund Policy


Overview

This refund policy applies to commercial purchases of ScryLab made via Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., our merchant of record).

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not already activated and used the commercial license.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@scrylab.de with your Paddle order reference before the 14-day period expires.

For digital content that has been made available immediately upon purchase and you have already activated your license key, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with ยง 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

Subscriptions

ScryLab commercial licenses are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. After the first billing period, refunds for already-charged renewal periods are generally not provided. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal to prevent future charges.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or at support@scrylab.de.

Please include your Paddle order or subscription reference so we can process your request quickly. Payment disputes are ultimately handled by Paddle as the merchant of record.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, your commercial access remains valid until the end of the already-paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction, including rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
